How to Order Flexible Jumpers

For details such as standard tolerances, workmanship, and lead stabilizers, see the flexible jumper specification EMS02. We often manufacture jumpers in accordance with custom drawings and special requirements. However, specifying your jumpers with an Elmec part number will assure the best price and delivery.

Notes:

  1. Standard conductor is copper.*
  2. Standard polyimide (Kapton) dielectric is .001 in. thick.

* The above Notes are for standard jumpers. Elmec’s process allows jumpers to be made to special requirements as specified by the customer. Conductor material, dielectric thickness, lead configuration or shielding can be added or changed. Consult Elmec if you want any of these special options.
